About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Quantity Surveyor who can lead by example, promote company visions, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

  • Leadership and Management: The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and guide a team to achieve project goals.
  • Cost Control: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for managing budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing costs.
  • Value Optimisation: The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of contract law, valuations, and financial reporting, enabling them to maximize the company's cash flow and minimize risk.
  • Financial and Commercial Reporting: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to present complex financial information to management and stakeholders.

A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Construction Management) and professional certifications (MCIOB, MRICS) are highly desirable. Salary is negotiable and competitive, reflecting the candidate's experience and qualifications.
