Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity in Oxfordshire

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at E.C Group in Oxfordshire, playing a key role in the success of our commercial projects.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage sub-contractor orders and payments, ensuring efficient progress and accurate financial reporting
  • Authorise sub-contractor valuations and final accounts, maintaining transparency and accountability
  • Prepare estimates and cost management reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with clients on variations and project changes, building strong relationships and driving project success
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in residential or commercial quantity surveying, with a deep understanding of industry regulations and standards
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with final account processes, including valuation and payment procedures, and ability to apply this knowledge effectively
