About This Opportunity

Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd, a leading global construction consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Cost Manager to join our Oxford office. The successful candidate will work with a number of flagship clients in the local market, including Oxford University, Harwell Science Campus, and Oxford Business Park, focusing on Education, Life Science & Healthcare sectors. Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
  • Delivering high-quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet customers' requirements.
  • Managing projects to deliver high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with business procedures.
  • Cost planning and benchmarking.
  • Settling final accounts.
  • Providing technical advice on legal and contractual issues relating to construction projects.
  • Administrating contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
  • Actively identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth across the business units' activities.
