Senior Officer - Preventative and Restorative Treatments

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Officer to join our team at Oxfordshire County Council. As a key member of our Preventative and Restorative Schemes Team, you will be responsible for managing programmes of work, making decisions on the scope of works and cost, and providing expenditure forecasts.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from initial identification and assessment of schemes through to construction. You will be required to carry out site visits to develop forward programmes of work and monitor the quality of construction works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management: overseeing programmes of work to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance
  • Decision-making: making decisions on the scope of works and cost
  • Forecasts: providing expenditure forecasts

What We Offer

Oxfordshire County Council offers a competitive salary of £44,711 - £47,754 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive up to 33 days' holiday per year, plus bank holidays, as well as access to our contributory pension scheme.
