Quantity Surveyor Assistant | Main Contractor Opportunity

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Oxfordshire, UK

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our client's strong commercial team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Our client is a well-established Main Contractor with a turnover of circa £170m and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors. As an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing budgets, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.

You will work closely with the project team to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting reports to stakeholders, including clients and project managers.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a degree in a relevant subject, such as quantity surveying or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years' experience working for a reputable Main Contractor. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of energy and ambition.
