About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our client's team in Stirlingshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of accidents, incidents, and near misses.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a safety-first culture.

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Hold a recognised qualification in a relevant field (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a valid driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
