Administrative and Financial Support Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative and Financial Support Specialist to assist with financial operations and administrative tasks in our hotel. This role is ideal for someone with experience in finance who can manage various tasks efficiently while contributing to the smooth running of our hotel.
Responsibilities include managing financial transactions, reporting, and analysis, as well as preparing and maintaining financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. The successful candidate will also support the processing of invoices, payments, and payroll, maintain accurate records and files for financial documents, and assist with audits and compliance-related tasks.
