Job Title: Cabin Crew Training Specialist

Virgin Atlantic is seeking a highly skilled Cabin Crew Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our cabin crew and flight crew.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our cabin crew and flight crew
  • Ensure all training is compliant with regulatory requirements and Virgin Atlantic policies
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content
  • Facilitate training sessions in a variety of settings, including classrooms, rigs, and digital learning solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Requirements:
  • Relevant training or coaching qualification
  • Experience in delivering training programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering high-quality training
