About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cabin Crew Training Specialist to join our team at Virgin Atlantic. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our cabin crew and flight crew, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of safety and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our cabin crew and flight crew, including Safety and Security, Service, and AvMed training.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate training sessions in a variety of settings, including classrooms, Rigs Hall, and digital learning solutions.
  • Ensure all training processes and practices are compliant with regulatory requirements and Virgin Atlantic policies.
  • Model excellent practice and inspire delegates to achieve high standards of training.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in delivering training and coaching.
  • Accredited training or coaching qualification (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
