About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cabin Crew Training Specialist to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our cabin crew and flight crew, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of safety and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our cabin crew and flight crew, including training on safety and security procedures, customer service skills, and medical practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate training sessions in a variety of settings, including classrooms, simulation facilities, and digital learning platforms.
  • Ensure all training is compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and security procedures, customer service principles, and medical practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
