We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to drive impactful projects at Our Future Health, a charity supported by the UK Government, in partnership with charities and industry.

Our Future Health will be the UK's largest ever health research programme, bringing people together to develop new ways to detect, prevent, and treat diseases.

As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for helping us build capabilities that support our participant recruitment programme, a vital part of our mission.

The successful candidate will have excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to respond quickly to change and thrive in ambiguity.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Driving two key workstreams to build comprehensive delivery plans, drawing on expertise from Product, Technology, Operations, Science, and Ethics.
  2. Providing regular updates on project milestones and delivery, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  3. Updating and aligning our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure we stay on track.
  4. Leading diverse technology and digital projects, ensuring smooth execution across competing priorities.
  5. Building and maintaining momentum in project teams through strong communication and facilitation skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience with discovery and early-stage teams, with a track record of managing multiple projects.

Demonstrable delivery success in digital product or service delivery, with proficiency in tools like Confluence, JIRA, Miro, and MS Sharepoint.

Vendor management expertise, with a strong understanding of data-driven insights and reporting.

A passion for driving impactful projects, with a commitment to Our Future Health's mission and values.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary band £55,000 - £65,000
  • Generous company pension package with employer contributions of up to 12%
