Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at CLAAS U.K. Ltd.

About the Role:
  • Represent CLAAS in the Eastern region of the UK, working closely with appointed dealers to provide exceptional customer service and financial solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers and customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage discount terms and quotations, utilizing our CRM system to prospect and grow the territory.
  • Attend shows and events as the CLAAS representative, promoting the brand and its products.
Your Profile:
  • Proven sales track record in the agricultural industry, with experience in related equipment.
  • Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for finding innovative solutions.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the designated territory and occasionally to Europe.
  • Self-motivated and driven to develop and grow the dealerships within your territory.
