Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at CLAAS U.K. Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our dealers and customers in the Eastern region of the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent CLAAS in the territory, working closely with dealers to provide tailored quotations and financial solutions to customers.
  • Manage discount terms through an approved system and prospect the territory using our CRM system.
  • Attend shows and events as a CLAAS representative and ambassador for the brand.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales track record and industry experience with related agricultural equipment.
  • Excellent presentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a desire to find innovative solutions.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the designated territory and occasionally to Europe.
