Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible physiotherapist or occupational therapist to join our friendly and supportive team in the Crewe Care Community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice, leadership, and management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a static permanent post, offering a stable and secure environment for the right candidate. The role involves providing comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, implementing agreed treatment plans, and monitoring progress and outcomes.
The successful candidate will also be able to communicate effectively with a range of professionals, participate in the operational planning and implementation of policy and service development, and organize and lead in-service training programs.
Key qualifications include a degree in physiotherapy and registration with the HCPC. Previous experience in the NHS, particularly in a community setting, is highly desirable. A Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required for this role.
The estimated salary for this position is £37,338-£44,962 per annum (pro rata). This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in the UK.
