About the Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for the Analyst position in the International Arbitration practice in our London office. Our Analysts typically join us after obtaining an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Finance or Economics. We welcome applications from exceptional candidates with an undergraduate degree in Economics and an interest in corporate finance and valuation.

  • We are seeking a talented Analyst to perform research on clients' industries, collate and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess clients' businesses, and prepare complex financial valuation models using Excel.
  • The successful candidate will draft memoranda and sections in reports summarizing analyses, participate in client meetings and conference calls, and contribute to discussions about the theoretical and empirical approach of the analyses.
Education and Skills Required:
  • A Master's degree in Finance or Economics with an undergraduate degree in Economics. We also consider undergraduates who have obtained or expect to obtain a first-class degree in Economics and have an interest in corporate finance.
  • English is required; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
