As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with customers within your designated area, driving business performance, and achieving area sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and develop relationships with customers to drive business performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards with new and existing customers.
  • Develop business through various channels, including telephone contact, written correspondence, face-to-face appointments, and attendance at exhibitions and shows.
  • Identify customer requirements and maximize selling opportunities to develop accounts within your area.
  • Plan and carry out customer visits to a regular schedule to ensure full coverage of your area.
  • Monitor competitor activity within your area and report back to your Manager as necessary.
Location

You will be servicing our accounts in the North West region, including Liverpool, Manchester, and North Wales.

Essential Skills
  • Previous sales experience in hand and power tools.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of overachieving on targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Ability to present and promote products and services at all levels.
  • Good IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Methodical and highly organized.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

The role requires daily travel to customer sites, so a full, valid Driver's License is essential.
