Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor Role

Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a dedicated Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team in Kent, UK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with departmental managers, safety representatives, and staff to provide competent advice on health, safety, and wellbeing matters.
  • Support the investigation of incidents, identifying root causes and implementing actions to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures to meet ISO45001 standards.
  • Review reports from contractors and submit reports to the HSE as required.
  • Contribute to the development of campaigns and communications on health, safety, and wellbeing topics.
  • Attend and participate in HS&W committee meetings and principal committee meetings.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop plans for implementation.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in a health, safety, and wellbeing role.
  • Internal auditing experience.
  • Membership of IOSH or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards.
