Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team in Kent, UK.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Professional to ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Wellbeing requirements by providing competent advice to departmental managers, safety representatives and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing reports from contractors working on the premises or assets.
- Submit reports as required to the HSE.
- Work with departments to maintain and undertake a rolling program of workplace inspections and audits (where required) to promote health and safety working practices.
- Develop campaigns or communications as part of the Company's reactive and planned communications on health, safety and wellbeing topics.
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing plans for implementation.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a Health, Safety and Wellbeing role.
- Internal auditing experience.
- Member of IOSH or equivalent.
- NEBOSH General Certificate.
- Working knowledge of ISO.
