Health and Safety Adviser Opportunity

Allen & York is partnering with a leading natural resources company to find a skilled Health and Safety Adviser to join their industrial manufacturing site in Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety professional to join a global company with unlimited career opportunities and progression potential.

The site operates 24-7, 365 days a year, providing a vital service in dealing with raw materials for industrial applications.

The role will play a key part in creating and executing the auditing programme to develop Health and Safety standards and practice across the site.

We are looking for a qualified Health and Safety professional with a track record of working and implementing management systems, ideally in a high-hazard environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Conducting audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Providing training and guidance to site staff on Health and Safety best practices
