Job Title: Health and Safety Professional

Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team in Kent, UK.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Professional to provide expert advice and guidance to our departmental managers, safety representatives, and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Wellbeing requirements and promoting a culture of safety and wellbeing within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide competent advice and guidance to departmental managers, safety representatives, and staff on Health, Safety and Wellbeing matters.
  • Assist in reviewing reports from contractors working on the premises or assets.
  • Submit reports as required to the HSE.
  • Work with departments to maintain and undertake a rolling program of workplace inspections and audits to promote health and safety working practices.
  • Develop campaigns or communications as part of the Company's reactive and planned communications on health, safety and wellbeing topics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop plans for implementation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Health, Safety and Wellbeing role.
  • Internal auditing experience.
  • Member of IOSH or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • Working knowledge of ISO.
