Early Years Educator

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Teacher to join their team in an OFSTED graded 'GOOD' Primary School in Ashton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classroom management and a passion for teaching in the Early Years.

The successful applicant will have Qualified Teacher Status and previous experience in the Early Years setting. A safeguarding training certificate is preferred but not required, as some training is provided by Prospero Teaching.

The role offers a long-term contract with a competitive daily rate of £140+ per day (paid to scale). The working hours are 8.00am - 4.00pm, and the start date is 27th January 2025.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching and planning lessons for Early Years students
  • Developing and implementing engaging curriculum materials
  • Assessing student progress and providing feedback

Prospero Teaching provides staff to schools and colleges across Ashton, including SEN schools. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and access accredited continued professional development courses.

To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold a valid Right to Work in the UK, an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate, and provide two professional child-related references.
