Job Summary

Williams Lea Limited is seeking a skilled Reprographics Operator to join our team. As a Reprographics Operator, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional client experience for our financial services client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality reprographic services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of customer service.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ensure all job requisitions and instructions are thoroughly checked and correct prior to production, maintaining a high level of quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing accurate information on the progression of their work and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Operate networked devices and production equipment to the highest standards, adhering to job specifications and user requirements.
  • Detect and rectify mistakes during production, conducting quality checks on finished work before delivery to the end user.
  • Take ownership of each job produced, ensuring end users are informed about production and deadlines at all times.
  • Perform light maintenance on machines, including toner replacement and clearing paper jams.
  • Efficiently use Fiery Impose & Compose setup and Microsoft Office for sending files to print.
  • Proficient in Adobe Pro for sending work to print.

Requirements

  • Understanding of reprographics and document services.
  • Good Fiery skills with Compose & Impose knowledge.
  • Wide format experience beneficial, but can be trained.
  • Keen to learn, with a can-do attitude.
