Job Summary

Elton Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reprographics Operator to join our team. As a Reprographics Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that facilitate the smooth running of the department and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transporting boxes and other items, involving some lifting and carrying (inside and externally)
  • Covering postal duties when required
  • Booking local, national and international couriers when required
  • Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments when required
  • Assisting in setting up video conferencing when required
  • Reporting any spills/breakages/faults to the Operations Support Manager

Reprographics Duties

  • Undertaking reprographics duties, including burning CDs, binding, and laminating
  • Liaising with the Legestat team regarding outsourced copy jobs
  • Ensuring the reprographics areas are kept tidy and organized
  • Monitoring stationery supplies, placing orders (with approval), delivering stationery as necessary, and maintaining orderly stock cupboards and store rooms
  • Ensuring printers, fax machines, and photocopiers are fully stocked and paper and toner are readily available at all times
