Job Title: Build Estimator

Our client, a well-established M&E Contractor/Building contractor based in the North East, is seeking a skilled Build Estimator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analysis of tender allowances and measurement of works for valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  2. Preparation and submission of valuation dates and interim valuations in accordance with those dates.
  3. Administering and/or advising on Main Contract and Subcontract conditions.
  4. Subcontract and Design Procurement, Subcontract payments, variations, and final accounts.
  5. Submission of Cost Value Reconciliations and preparation of cost to complete.
  6. Financial Reporting, Cash management and maximisation, Cash Flow and Turnover forecast.
  7. Provision of standard reports and internal Valuations/CVRs and subcontract liability reports.
Requirements:
  1. Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor, specifically on Design and Build.
  2. Sound knowledge of JCT and NEC Conditions of Contract.
