At Ultra Precision Control Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our programmes within the defence and aerospace industry.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of programme management principles and practices, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle of our customers' products, from initial concept to delivery. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, commercial, and manufacturing, to ensure that programmes are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the overall performance of programmes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Leading and motivating programme teams to achieve programme objectives
  • Developing and managing programme budgets and resource plans
  • Identifying and mitigating programme risks and issues
