We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our strategic programmes, driving results and exceeding customer expectations.

Job DescriptionThis role will involve planning and managing projects that allow the business to deliver its strategic objectives. The successful candidate will lead the team responsible for achieving project objectives, manage aspects of established production projects for critical customers, and execute projects throughout the project life cycle in accordance with defined time, budget, and quality objectives.
The ideal candidate will create and maintain Project Management Plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, identify stakeholders, and create project Communications Plans. They will also develop strategies for engaging stakeholders in project decision-making and execution, manage and control costs as per the project budget, and report project KPIs to Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and manage projects to achieve strategic objectives
- Create and maintain Project Management Plans
- Identify and engage stakeholders
- Manage project scope and perform integrated change control
- Facilitate communications between key internal departments
- Acquire and manage project team resources
- Conduct risk management planning and identification
- Maintain project records and ensure compliance with company policies
The successful candidate will have experience executing similar projects, hold a Project Management qualification, and possess excellent leadership skills. They will also be an action-oriented person who drives results with a strong customer focus.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Holds Project Management qualification (PMI, APM, or global equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree level education desirable
- Successful track record of executing similar projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
