About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Programmes Development Manager to join our team at Cheltenham Festivals.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop, deliver, and elevate our STEM and/or Literature outreach programmes for children and young people.

The successful candidate will have experience of developing high-quality learning and participation work across the STEM/Literacy sectors and a strong understanding of the school environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement education programmes that align with our mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver engaging and interactive content.
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Establish partnerships with schools, community groups, and other stakeholders to promote our initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Education, Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate experience in programme development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Showcase excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
  • Be familiar with the UK education sector and its challenges.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • A generous holiday allowance of 33 days plus bank holidays.
