We are recruiting for Manufacturing Apprentices to join our UK Supply Manufacturing Unit in Cheltenham, where you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Apprenticeship Programme is designed to provide comprehensive training and development opportunities, enabling successful candidates to achieve a NVQ Level 3 qualification.

To succeed in this role, you will require good communication and interpersonal skills, a keen interest in technical matters and engineering, analytical thinking skills, and the ability to use initiative.

Key responsibilities will include working across two sites, participating in key skills and assessments, and rotating through a series of placements and functional skills assessments.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus additional benefits, including flexible working arrangements and a range of employee benefits.
