Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. Your role will involve supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. You will always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents while creating an environment that is warm, welcoming, and vibrant.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and support. You will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities, and many of our Senior Carer Assistants progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles.
