Job Title: Construction Materials Inspector

About Our Organization: Tarmac Trading Limited is a leading supplier of construction materials, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Construction Materials Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing our construction materials to ensure they meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test construction materials to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Manager, Materials Technicians, and onsite teams to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality control and identify areas for improvement.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document and communicate inspection results to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Full UK car driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Five GCSEs (A*-C / 9-5) including English, Maths, and Science.
  • NVQ level 3 Technician or similar relevant certification.
