Construction Control Inspector Opportunity at RAF Lakenheath

We are seeking an individual with knowledge and experience in performing inspections on complex structures involving sophisticated mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems and equipment.

This role is responsible for inspecting facilities, utilities, equipment, and materials, as well as compiling information into written inspection reports.

About You:

You will require expertise in construction inspection practices, including building materials, workmanship, and system installations. The successful applicant should understand electrical, mechanical, water, fuels, and structural aspects of major construction projects, as well as be able to read and interpret engineering and architectural plans.

Suitable candidates will possess specialized experience or a combination of education and training (HND/HNC/BTEC, City and Guilds, NVQ) in a relevant discipline (i.e., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil engineering), with at least three years' work experience and a valid CAT B driving license.
