This Child Behaviour and Autism Advocate role is an exciting opportunity to join our new ASD provision in Croydon. You will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to provide specialized support and promote positive behaviour management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and group support for students with ASD, using tailored teaching strategies and interventions.
  • Assist in creating a structured learning environment, promoting positive behaviour management and emotional regulation.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to develop individualized education plans and strategies for students.
  • Support students' communication, social interaction, and sensory needs.
