Neonatal Transport Clinical Development Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Neonatal/Paediatric Intensive Care Practice Development Nurse to join our PAN London Neonatal Retrieval Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in neonatal intensive care and a passion for clinical education and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuing support to clinical staff in the delivery of nursing care, collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team to assess, prescribe, develop, implement, and evaluate standards and programmes of care.
- Deliver educational programmes in relation to clinical practice and professional development to support service delivery.
- Ensure effective communication exists between team members, patients, and relatives, providing specialist advice and support where appropriate.
