About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Psychologist to join our team at All Saints Hospital in Oldham. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing specialist mental health services to individuals who are deaf or have complex communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the psychology department in providing a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, EMDR, and DBT
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for service users
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior psychologists and assistants
  • Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC and Charterable status with the British Psychological Society
  • Doctorate level qualification in applied psychology
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs and trauma
  • Strong assessment and formulation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
