Retail Strategy Director Opportunity

We are working with a leading global strategy consulting firm that specializes in Retail, Leisure & Hospitality, Consumer Goods, Media, Technology, B2B Products & Services, and Private Equity.

The firm helps major multinational corporations and leading national companies, as well as private equity firms, governmental, and other public institutions develop winning strategies.

The Retail, Leisure & Hospitality strategy team is growing rapidly, and we are looking to add additional support to help facilitate this growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategy and due diligence projects, from designing the approach to overseeing analysis to providing recommendations.
  • Manage 3-6 people on a project, including assisting team members to develop consulting skills.
  • Direct and manage analysis and delivery of consulting projects, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate project teams and support the development and coaching of junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Experience leading strategy and commercial due diligence projects.
  • Experience managing workstreams and leading project teams of at least three people.
