About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Retail to join our team at Tarka Talent. As a key member of our Retail, Leisure & Hospitality Practice, you will be responsible for leading strategy and commercial due diligence projects, managing workstreams, and leading project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy and commercial due diligence projects, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate project teams, supporting the development and coaching of junior team members.
  • Develop and implement winning strategies for major multinational corporations and leading national companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading strategy and commercial due diligence projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to develop and implement winning strategies, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
