Job Title: Director of Retail

At Tarka Talent, we are seeking an experienced Director of Retail to join our team. As a key member of our Retail, Leisure & Hospitality Practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality consulting projects to our clients.

About the Role:

The Director of Retail will be responsible for leading strategy and commercial due diligence projects, managing workstreams, and leading project teams of at least three people. You will also be responsible for direct and managing analysis and delivery of consulting projects, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Lead strategy and commercial due diligence projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage workstreams and lead project teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Direct and manage analysis and delivery of consulting projects, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate project teams, supporting the development and coaching of junior team members.
