Job Description: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their daily activities, personalised learning, and personal care. You will work closely with teachers to implement individualised education plans and foster a safe, nurturing environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students in daily activities and personalised learning
- Assisting with personal care tasks like toileting and feeding
- Working alongside teachers to implement individualised education plans
- Fostering a safe, nurturing environment for all students
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is £83.33 per day, paid on time through our online portal. You will also receive comprehensive induction and ongoing training, as well as access to our free social and networking events.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A right to work in the UK
- Experience working with SEND children (preferably)
- The ability to provide personal care
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and strong communication skills
- An enhanced child-only DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
