Rural Estate Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Rural Estate Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying and maintaining the condition of our rural 3,000-acre estate.
About the Role:- Conduct comprehensive stock condition surveys to identify areas of concern and develop strategies for improvement.
- Supervise in-house teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Raise work orders using Qube to track progress and manage workflow.
The ideal candidate will have experience in surveying, property management, or a related field. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose building defects and specify repairs to maintain the integrity of the estate's properties.
- Ensure health and safety compliance by implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Provide estimates and update records to inform decision-making.
