Job Title: Estate Property Manager

We are seeking a skilled Estate Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the condition of our rural 3,000-acre estate.

About the Role:
  • Conduct stock condition surveys to identify areas of concern and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Supervise in-house teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Raise work orders using Qube to track progress and manage workflow.

The ideal candidate will have experience in surveying, property management, or a related field. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diagnose building defects and specify repairs to maintain the integrity of the estate's properties.
  2. Ensure health and safety compliance by implementing effective risk management strategies.
  3. Provide estimates and update records to inform decision-making.
