Rural Estate Surveying and Management Opportunity

An experienced Estates Manager is sought by our client's rural 3,000 acre estate to undertake a variety of tasks, including conducting stock condition surveys, managing contractors, and raising work orders via Qube. You will also diagnose building defects, specify repairs, and oversee quality assurance and project management, ensuring health and safety compliance.

The estate is steeped in history, boasting a diverse range of attractions that showcase its rich heritage. As the new Estates Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a unique project, managing historic buildings and providing exceptional maintenance services.

Job Details
• Conduct stock condition surveys and manage contractors
• Diagnose building defects and specify repairs
• Oversee quality assurance and project management
• Ensure health and safety compliance and provide estimates for works
• Update records and be available for on-call duties as part of a rota

Person Specification
• Working towards CIOB or RICS Membership
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, CAD, Qube, and MS Project
• Proven ability to manage and maintain historic buildings

Salary: £53,125 per annum.
