Job Summary
Frameworks Housing Association is seeking a skilled Senior Community Manager to lead our team in Nottingham. This exciting opportunity involves supporting service users and managing teams in a Social Care setting.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable groups and a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives. You will be responsible for supporting our services, developing staff, and promoting a positive community environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the service manager in the day-to-day running of the service
• Develop and implement plans to support service users and their families
• Manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
• Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve desired outcomes
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements
• Experience managing teams in a Social Care setting
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and circumstances
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office

What We Offer
• Competitive salary of £34,356 - £37,746 per annum (dependent on experience)
• 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3:30pm
