The role involves effective management of the project, working closely with the Contracts Manager and wider operational leadership. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, selecting, and inducting new colleagues to ensure a high-performing team.
- Managing performance through regular supervisions, development plans, and clear communication.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Meeting statutory and organisational quality requirements and regulations.
- Developing and meeting designated cost centre income and expenditure targets.
- Contributing to organisational development initiatives to improve services.
- Establishing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in social housing and service management to develop their skills and expertise. A minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in Management or Leadership, Health and Social Care, Housing, or a related field is required.
We offer a competitive salary of £31,493 - £36,297 per annum, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
