Maintenance and Repairs Specialist:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with multi-trade abilities to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service to residents in the local community.

Salary and Benefits Package:
£20 per hour
Van, fuel card, and PDA provided

Your Key Tasks:
  • Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks within social housing properties.
  • Work across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, basic electrical, plastering, and general repairs.
  • Conduct repairs and installations to a high standard, ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations.
  • Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete necessary documentation using a PDA and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with tenants and clients.

You'll Need:
  • Proven experience as a Carpenter with multi-trade skills.
  • Ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks across various trades.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
  • Full UK driving license (you will be provided with a van and fuel card).
  • A proactive, flexible, and reliable approach to work.
