**Hybrid**: Yes - 2-3 days in the office

Are you a seasoned pro in housing repairs and maintenance management? We're on the lookout for an Interim Head of Repairs to join our client based in Essex.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead and manage repairs and maintenance contracts with a budget responsibility of approximately £3 million.
- Ensure customer service excellence.
- Achieve financial targets.

**What You Need**:

- Degree in Building (or equivalent).
- Management-related qualification.
- Evidence of CPD.
- Previous management experience in delivering housing repairs and maintenance services via third-party providers in the public sector.
- In-depth knowledge of legislation and practical aspects related to installation, maintenance, repairs, and building compliance.
- Understanding of Registered Provider's governance structure and board, as well as management accounts.
- Effective resource management skills (employees, contractors, and consultants).
- Proven track record of successfully managing substantial budgets, financial management, budget setting, and monitoring financial performance.
- A knack for problem-solving, proactive thinking, and previous project management experience.
