Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing Ad Campaign and Press sample requirements. You'll also be responsible for preparing Bought Range Photopacks and distributing them to Wholesale, Ecomm, VM, and Press. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist the buyer in selecting customer and market-focused collections
* Investigate and propose new product opportunities and requirements
* Organize and produce the Buy Photopack
* Manage Ad Campaign and Press sample requirements
* Work with Merchandising to build ranges and update the range plan
* Prepare Bought Range Photopacks and distribute them to Wholesale, Ecomm, VM, and Press
* Ensure Wholesale are kept up to date with any changes or additions to the buy

**Requirements:**

* Fashion Buying degree (strongly preferred) or equivalent
* Previous experience within a Buying Admin role (placement year or internship experience will be considered)
* Proactive, hard-working, and excellent at building relationships
* Advanced Excel skills (advantageous)
* Ability to prioritize and manage own workload
