We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Buying Admin Assistant to join our team at Adecco. As a Buying Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our buying team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless order management, and maintaining accurate data.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Coordinate with suppliers, introducing new ones and ensuring they are set up correctly
* Perform pre-upload checks, manage product merges, and ensure accurate pricing and payment terms
* Provide administrative support, including pulling together vendor packs and supporting buying trips

### Ideal Candidate

* Experience in fashion retail buying or merchandising
* Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively
* Good sense of humor and personal style
