Job Title: Director of Compensation and Benefits

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Compensation and Benefits to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Compensation and Benefits Strategies: Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Manage Compensation and Benefits Processes: Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits processes, including salary review, bonus allocation, job grading, and harmonization.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to ensure that compensation and benefits strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership on compensation and benefits trends, best practices, and emerging issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
