Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our reward and recognition function. As Head of Policy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end compensation and benefits strategies
  • Create associated policies, governance, and aligned processes
  • Take ownership of reward processes, including salary review, bonus allocation, job grading, and harmonization
  • Ensure regular salary and benefits benchmarking and surveying activity
  • Ensure compliance with reward processes, including data processing
  • Manage the reward aspect of all People policies
  • Line management responsibility of Reward Analyst

Requirements:

  • Experience of reward and recognition processes, including salary review, recognition incentives, bonus allocation, job grading, and harmonization
  • Experience of regular salary and benefits benchmarking and surveying activity
  • Proven capabilities as a senior leader and manager, with a proactive, flexible, and inclusive management style
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced user of Excel
