Lead Care Services with Passion and Expertise

As a Clinical Director at Signature Senior Lifestyle, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents in a luxury home setting. Your primary focus will be on managing the care element within the home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality service that supports their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient staffing rotas to meet the care needs of residents
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop group-wide strategies and systems to enhance front-line care
  • Manage the Care Services budget and ensure cost-effective deployment of resources
  • Act as a deputy to the General Manager, supporting the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicating the company's mission, vision, and values
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC pin
  • Ability to travel as required to meet business needs
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety and a full, clean driving licence
